Great car wash. Been going for years and never had an issue. Mario in particular is always friendly and goes above and beyond.

Just had the worst experience at IMO CARWASH croydon road, Elmers End (BECKENHAM) BR3 4AA
Ask the guy that came to my car for payment about pre-wash and this vile guy from Europe probably Eastern Europe lied to me and told me it’s starts from £6 even tho it clearly says from £4.
When I ask another staff and I was told it’s 4 quid. He came to my and start asking why I’m questioning his authority and the insult and disrespectfulness I get from this guy, I could not believe just for asking a simple question.
This vile human told me that I’m F-off and never to come to the carwash again. I could not believe the whole scenario. Nasty people and nasty carwash. F-U too !!!!!

IMO Durham Tesco. I go to this car wash roughly every two weeks. Last week I did some off the road driving, so the inside got really dusty, so I booked in for a Mini Valet today Thursday 23/06/22 at 10am. The Mini Valet covers : Express Valet plus: Wheels and alloys detailed, Windows polished, Dashboard cleaned, Plastics cleaned, Vinyl trims cleaned and an Air Freshener. I left the car with them for an hour, when I got back, I noticed that the dashboard which was the most dusty part had only been swiped over with what looked like a hand, the console was still dusty and so were the doors. When I informed the young man that the dashboard wasn't done properly; he brought out this dirty looking cloth ( it says dashboard cleaned on the Mini Valet) and dusted it down the drivers side; I also pointed out that it didn't look like the door had been done either so he did that. After dusting it down he went to the passenger side door and did that and promptly walked off. I went after him to tell him he hadn't done the passenger side dashboard, at which time he told me to stop shouting. I wasn't shouting, but talking over the car wash where he had gone back too, also I had the right to be annoyed as he hadn't done the job properly, which I told him so. He then turned and told me I was banned from the car wash!!! After getting home, I also noticed the boot hadn't been vacuum either nor had the windows been cleaned as there was still a mark where I killed a bug. Cost me £32

Having had my car cleaned at the Blyth centre a few times, it’s no wonder that it was the first place I’d think to come after seeing my car had been reversed into. I was hoping a clean would remove any cosmetic damage before contacting insurance but Lee went above and beyond so I didn’t have to - he was really friendly, suggested a few ideas to remove the marks then took them off for me. I drove away, as I always do, feeling like I was driving a new car!

Excellent job, had a full valet, carpets and seats shampooed, external polish, car was like it left the showroom. Price was very very reasonable too. Definitely recommend

I have used IMO car wash Lakeside on 25/06/2022. It has damaged car paint on both sides of my car front bumper. Unfortunately, I did not see the damage immediately and noticed it after going home. I have emailed the customer care team but they asked to go back to car wash site and speak to the operator. The operating lead there was arrogant and argued why i did not come on the same day and balmed me that i am making false allegations. yes, it's my fault that I trusted the car wash. My request is to check the car after car wash and report if any damage immediately. For me, it was a lesson learned and I am never going to use the IMO car wash and will stick to the Hand Car wash.

My bmw wing mirror snapped during the auto car wash at site 1626 Dundee UK. And the firm recorded the incident and asked to get two quotes for fixing the mirror frame. And they have been avoiding since. WORST COMPANY AND BAD MACHINARY. Agent called Kim Blackwell had contacted asking to get quotes and since then hasn't responded. What a terrible firm. I am driving with duck tape and waiting on these xxxxx to respond.

My windscreen was dirtier after the wash then it was before. I went to complain and they basically said that I got what I paid for which means that for this price you get partially clean car???
I was also told to use another car wash next time if I am not happy with their service. That is a good advice.

Downloaded app , bought max amount of washes available, then found out later they had to be used in a very short time scale(useless)
Collected loyalty stamps on app to get a free wash once in a while, then would you believe it they disappeared off my account.
Good way for company to make money, didn’t even get to use my last bought washes as my time limit ran out. Complete scam, just buy a wash when you need to, forget the app etc as it will cost you more.

Used the wash today 25/06/22 for a £10 Ultra HD and all the features it should have. Process broke down twice, resulting in only a partial wash, wheel dressing included in Ultra HD wash, but no equipment installed to do that, Blower not working/lowering to dry car. Result a water speckled finish and only partially clean car. Spoke to attendant who could only authorise a £2 pre wash and was clearly embarrassed at the run down/ poorly equipped and maintained cleaning operation he was meant to operate. Needs complete overhaul, as I have been using this site for at least 15 years and it has not been upgraded much.
Poor experience for customer and for staff on site. Shameful way to operate a franchise.

The car wash at O2 centre is staffed by cheats. I used to go at in advance for the services but now they ask you to pay afterwards and then charge for things you haven’t asked for. I just paid £24 for services that were advertised as £19. AVOID

Torquay-The worst car wash I have ever attended. The workers are beyond rude and unkept. The car was still filthy post wash. IMO Car Wash state they are the worlds best. I think they are having a laugh. IMO Car Wash are the worlds worst and need shutting down nationally. Everybody keep away from this cowboy organisation. £12 for ultra HD is a joke when it’s filthy still. I literally got the car rewashed straight after.
